DSS Digital Sign Request Form

The primary function of Student Success digital signage is to provide information on facility events, programs and services, as well as the programs and services that our departments provide to the Texas State community.

When space allows, we may also include resources from other Texas State departments.

File Specifications

LBJ Student Center, Student Recreation Center, and Student Involvement & Engagement: 
Submitted files must be in .jpg or .png format at either 11 inches by 17 inches or 792 pixels by 1224 pixels. Other file dimensions or formats will NOT be accepted. Fonts should be a minimum of 12 points and a maximum of 96 points.

Digital signage managers reserve the right to limit the number of locations, duration and length of time messages are displayed.
